Shipping costs and time
For purchases under €90, a flat shipping fee of €5 will be charged. For amounts above this amount, there will be no shipping charge.
We strive to ship as quickly as possible. Orders typically ship within 1-3 days of ordering if all items are in stock, but usually much faster. If not, there may be a delay of up to one week. However, free worldwide shipping does not apply to certain selected remote locations.
During peak periods (new releases and holidays), please allow a few extra days for processing. PLEASE NOTE: Once your package reaches the post office, we cannot control where it goes, but we will provide you with a tracking number.
We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We have warehouses in Germany and Hong Kong. Due to distances, delivery takes 7-15 days.
Shipping orders
Orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after receipt of payment. The estimated delivery date may be delayed due to some unexpected circumstances. Customers will be notified of the shipping status via email after the package is shipped. Customers can also track their order using the Order Status button.
Order cancellation
Cancellations for personal reasons prior to shipment will incur a 2% refund processing fee.
Customers cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped unless the customer bears all costs for returning the package and a fee of 2% of the goods for platform handover.
Order change or refund
We offer exchanges and refunds within the warranty period (2 years).
Tips: When returning the package, priority shipping, express shipping, and cash on delivery are not supported. When using these delivery options, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Delivery address
A correct and complete shipping address is mandatory. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately to correct the address, and the package will be reshipped for an additional shipping fee. You must provide a daytime phone number for all orders.
Shipping couriers & status
Order(s) will be shipped by Minisforum. When you place an order on the Minisforumstore, you will automatically receive a shipping information e-mail from Minisforum. Please check your e-mail address. EU transport policy
According to the new regulations of the EU countries, all goods imported into the EU will be charged VAT by customs from July 1, 2021 (different countries have different VAT rates).
Please cooperate actively with the local customs authorities during customs clearance, otherwise the goods will be returned or destroyed due to overdue goods and high charges will be incurred. Orders from non-EU countries are subject to their own customs duties.
Please note: Our company is not responsible for this matter and will not bear the fees if you fail to complete customs clearance.
