  • Is Windows preinstalled on the PC?

    With the exception of the barebones version, Windows 11 is preinstalled on all versions. The barebones version does not include RAM or an SSD; therefore, Windows 11 is not preinstalled.

  • How do I install Windows OS for the barebone version?

    Please click on the link to our support page to download Windows 11.

    Note: MINISFORUM does not provide keys for the Windows operating system.

  • Note on (RAM) memory

    If you buy 8 GB of RAM, it is a 1X8 GB stick; if you buy 16 GB of RAM, it is a 2x8 GB stick, and so on.

  • Do I have to pay shipping costs?

    Shipping costs depend on your delivery address. You can view the details of the shipping costs on the checkout page.

  • How long do I have to wait for my orders to be shipped?

    Orders are typically shipped directly from the warehouse within 1 to 2 days. You can track your order on the "Order Status" page. If you have any questions, please contact us at refurbished@minisforum.com.
    (Please note: The above policies do not apply to hot-selling and pre-ordered products.)

  • Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my orders?

    If your delivery address is in a non-EU country, you are responsible for customs duties.

  • How can I track my paid order?

    There are three ways to track your Express Checkout order.
    1. Track your order in your Personal Center. Please be assured that the tracking information will be clearly displayed in your Personal Center after your PayPal account has been linked to your MINISFORUM account.
    2. Click on the “Order Status” button to track your package. Please be assured that the email with the tracking information will be sent shortly after your order number and MINISFORUM account have been submitted.

  • What should I do if I have a question after receiving an order?

  • How are DOA issues handled?

    Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our customer service team will process your return as quickly as possible.
    For DOA devices, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the device.

  • Where should the return be made? Who bears the shipping costs?

    Please contact our customer service department for returns and exchanges. Our customer service department will assign you a return warehouse based on the condition of your items.
    Please note that, except in cases of DOA, we do not cover the cost of shipping the package.

  • Do I have to pay a processing fee if I purchase a product that does not meet my expectations?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, provided that the product is in good condition, the packaging is intact, and it does not affect resale. Upon receipt of the replacement item in your order, we will arrange for a replacement or refund (excluding shipping costs) as requested. For more details, please refer to our refund policy.

  • Do I have to pay a processing fee if I cancel an order before the product is shipped?

    1) Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped or manufactured. However, a 2% processing fee will be deducted for the platform.

    2) Customers cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped, unless the customer bears all costs for returning the package and a fee of 2% of the goods for the platform transfer.

  • How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

    Just scroll to the bottom of one of our newsletter emails and click on “Unsubscribe.” Of course, you can subscribe again at any time!

  • I am not receiving the newsletter. What can I do?

    Please check your spam folder. Unfortunately, our emails sometimes end up there. If you cannot find it there either, please send us an email and we will manually add you again.

    Once the shop has registered your cancellation or return, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
    If you have already paid for your order with a card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you have not yet paid your bill, the refund will reduce the bill or cancel it completely.

    2. I have received a bill but have not yet received my shipment?
    You have 30 days to pay, so you don't have to pay immediately. If your payment deadline is approaching and there is no tracking number for your goods, don't worry, it may be because you purchased a pre-order item.
    The delivery time for pre-order items is specified on the page. You can pay as normal, and MINISFORUM will ship your order as soon as the goods arrive at the warehouse.

    3. What happens if I don't pay for my order?
    Payment is due within 30 days of shipment. You will receive a payment reminder email before your payment is due. If you do not pay for your order with Klarna, your credit rating will be affected.
  • Payment not possible

    If you receive an error message when paying with your credit card, make sure that you enter the same billing address that is registered with your bank. If the information matches, do not try to complete the order again. Instead, please contact us and we will do our best to process your order.

  • Gift Card

    Instructions for use:

    After purchase, the system automatically sends a gift card for the corresponding amount to the customer's email address with a redemption code.

    The redemption code can be used multiple times when ordering; for example, redeem 10 USD, 20 USD; the remaining amount is displayed in the background.

    Notes:

    Redemption codes are only valid for the email address from which the gift card was received and may not be shared with others.

    If you need to pass it on to others, please provide the recipient's email address; the recipient's name is optional, otherwise it cannot be used normally.

    TERMS OF COVERAGE
    1. Loss

    SEEL covers your full paid amount (minus shipping & packaging fees) for a lost package. Claim if: no delivery within 30/60 days after dispatch (same/different country) or tracking shows an exception (claim anytime), or tracking says "delivered" but you didn't get it (claim within 7 days).

    2. Damage

    SEEL covers up to your paid amount (minus shipping & packaging fees) based on damage level – claim within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.

    3. Delay

    SEEL pays $5 USD per order if delivery takes longer than 10 days (same country) or 30 days (different country) after dispatch – claim within 90 days of purchase. Filing a delay claim does not affect loss/damage claims.

    TERMS OF COVERAGE
    1. Coverage:

    This plan covers mechanical breakdown and accidental damage(ADH)

    2. Protection Plans

    SEEL decides whether to repair or replace the covered product.

    a. Replacement priority: same brand & model → if unavailable, a product with similar performance (model approved by SEEL).

    b. Compensation basis for replacement: the original product price shown on the customer’s valid purchase receipt (excluding taxes and shipping fees).

    3. Exclusions

    a. Accessories or attachments.

    b. Replacement or repair of any covered product which is damaged or malfunctioning due to causes beyond control including, but not limited to, replacements or repairs necessitated by operator or owner negligence such as the failure to maintain the covered product according to the owner’s manual instructions, improper installation, television burn-in, abuse, misuse, vandalism, theft, mold, mildew, rust or corrosion, animal or insect infestation, damage caused by lightning and other acts of nature.

    c. Service required as a result of any alteration of the covered product or equipment.

    d. Repairs made during the contract term which are not authorized by SEEL.

    e. Repairs made by parties not specifically authorized by SEEL, such as, but not limited to, covered products that are in a disassembled state.

    f. Normal wear and tear unless tied to an electrical or mechanical breakdown.g. Abnormal usage of the covered product.

  • Bulk orders

    If you would like to order multiple devices, please let us know the models, configurations, and quantities you require. We will then send you a quote based on the order quantity.

  • Discontinued Product

    If you cannot find the product you are looking for on the website's search page, it may have been discontinued or is no longer available for sale. When an item is discontinued, it is removed from the website before the inventory runs out. If you order a discontinued item before we remove it from the website, we will notify you by email within 24 hours. Once you receive notification of a discontinued item, please contact our customer service department for more information about your options, including details on refunds or item exchanges.

  • Out-of-stock item

    If the item is out of stock, it cannot be added or purchased. (Pre-orders can be placed, but you will have to wait until the item arrives in stock.)

    If all items in your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until all items are available.

    If only some of the items in your order are backordered, the available items will be shipped separately. Once the out-of-stock item arrives, it will be shipped again at no additional cost to you.

    If you do not wish to wait, please contact our customer service department to cancel the out-of-stock item or replace it with another product of your choice.

  • Changing order details

    If you made a mistake when entering your address or if the package needs to be sent to a different address, you can contact customer service directly and provide the correct address. As long as the order has not yet been processed, it is possible to change the address.

    Once the package has been shipped, the address can no longer be changed. However, you can contact DHL to refuse delivery of the package (please do not open the package) and inform the MINISFORUM customer service team. They will reprocess your order once they have received the package.

    1. Standard Products (specifically in-stock items):
    Orders will be processed within 5-7 business days (processing will automatically extend to the next business day in case of holidays).

    2. Refurbished Devices: 5-7 business days
    All refurbished devices are sold from current stock; there are no pre-sale items. However, in rare cases of inventory system errors, our customer service team will explain the situation.

    3. Pre-order Shipping:
    Please note the estimated shipping time displayed on the product page. Pre-ordered items will not ship immediately after purchase and may experience delays. If delays occur, you may contact our customer service team to receive a small gift.

    Delivery times depend on the shipping warehouse (only two warehouses exist):

    1) Direct shipment from US Warehouse:

    5-7 business days.


    3) Direct shipment from Hong Kong Warehouse:

    7-10 business days.


    Goods will be shipped directly from Hong Kong via UPS/FedEx/DHL. Please note that additional customs duties may apply for these shipments.


    As soon as your order has been packed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping notification from us, including the tracking number, allowing you to track your package.

    Please note that orders are not processed or delivered on Sundays and public holidays. It may take 1 to 2 days for the tracking link to be updated.

  • Shipping Couriers & Status

    After your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking link to track your shipment.

    If you have a MINISFORUM account, the tracking link will also be stored there.

    Delivery not completed

    Please do not worry, we will do our best to ensure that all packages arrive as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, problems can sometimes arise. If your package is delayed or cannot be delivered, simply send us an email at store@minisforum.com, and we will find a solution.

    If the tracking shows the delivery status and you still cannot find your package, and after 24 hours you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will file a claim on your behalf.

    Sometimes delivery services scan the wrong package upon delivery, and they usually find the error and correct it the next day. While waiting for the delivery person, we recommend checking behind bushes, on the back porch, or other places where the driver may have tried to hide the package out of sight from the street. It's also a good idea to check with a neighbor (or the rental office of the residential complex).

  • Transport policy

    In accordance with international trade practices, all goods imported into any country are subject to customs VAT or equivalent import taxes (with varying rates depending on the country).

    Please actively cooperate with local customs during customs clearance; otherwise, the goods will be returned or destroyed due to being overdue, resulting in high fees.

    Please note: Our company is not responsible for this matter and will not bear the fees if you do not complete customs clearance.

  • Shipping Methods

    Most orders from MINISFORUM are delivered by DHL, while a small number are delivered by FedEx or UPS (depending on the destination country).

  • Returns

    We hope you are satisfied with your purchase! We offer exchanges and refunds within the warranty period. For eligible products purchased directly from the MINISFORUM US Official Store on or after March 9, 2026, the standard 2-year warranty will be extended by an additional 1 year, for a total warranty period of 36 months (3 years).

    This extended 36-month (3-year) warranty applies only to purchases made through the MINISFORUM US Official Store.

    Products with screens, such as mobile monitors and tablets, are covered by a 12-month (1-year) warranty.

    If you encounter any issues with the device you purchased, please contact the seller's support team first to find a solution. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact customer service to arrange a return or exchange. For more information on the return process, please visit the “Warranty & Returns” page.

    Product returns are subject to our terms and conditions of sale. In rare cases, MINISFORUM may review your account, purchase, and return history and have the right to refuse service and/or prevent you from placing future orders with MINISFORUM.

  • Cancellation

    1) Pending Orders (In-stock and Pre-sales Products)

    Please contact MINISFORUM to confirm your order status. You may request a full refund at any time before your order is shipped. We will process your refund within 7 business days.

    2) If the product has been shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order. Please contact customer service to confirm the status of the goods. We will process the refund after receiving the return.

    3) If, due to personal reasons of the customer, the item is forcibly returned by customs, the customer and MINISFORUM will each bear half of the resulting shipping costs, with the specific amount depending on the invoice amount.

  • Repair Process

    1. Please email us with your order number (e.g., MS12345), a description of the issue, and supporting evidence (in text, photos, or video). Our technicians will then assess whether the problem is hardware-related and if repair is feasible. You will be informed via customer service of the repair cost, service location, and estimated timeframe.


    2. If you agree with the repair, our support team will register the case, and you will be responsible for shipping the unit to the designated service location. If you decline the repair, the case will be transferred to the return/replacement process.


    3. Upon receipt, the repair center will conduct a final confirmation on the repairability of the unit. If the repair is successful, the product will be returned to you. If the unit is deemed unrepairable, the case will proceed to the return/replacement process, with customer support following up accordingly.
