MINISFORUM offers a two-year (24-month) limited warranty for consumer electronics products. If items in the above category fail to function as described due to a manufacturing defect (from the date the item is delivered to the customer), customers may have their defective item repaired. MINISFORUM will cover all repair fees and the cost of replacing any non-manufactured defective components.
Notes: This warranty does not cover accidental damage caused by the user's negligence.

General Guidelines
This warranty covers personal use only and does not apply to products used for commercial use, rental, or other than its intended purpose. There are no warranties other than those expressly stated herein. This warranty is non-transferable. MINISFORUM is in no way responsible for any damage, loss, or inconvenience caused by equipment failure or by user negligence, misuse, or use not in accordance with the "Operating Instructions" or additional safety, usage, or warning information contained in the product materials. Furthermore, MINISFORUM shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of this product, and any liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Warranty Exclusions:

a. Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration or vandalism;
b. Improper or inadequate maintenance;
c. Unauthorized modification or commercial use;
d. Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age;

a. If the item cannot be repaired due to a lack of stock or a replacement cannot be provided, the customer will receive a refund. However, a certain percentage of depreciation will be charged based on the age of the equipment.
b. When returning items, please ensure that you send them via a trackable shipping method to avoid the shipment getting lost in transit.

Return & Refund
Defect on arrival (DBA):
Customers with defective product issues within 30 days of receiving the item should contact the customer service team for a DBA (Defective Product Authorization). In the event of a return or replacement, Minisforum will cover all costs. Customers are required to provide logistics tracking information after returning the product.
1. Special notes
1) If the outer packaging is broken or out of shape
a. Report the damaged package immediately to the courier service and receive confirmation in the form of a paper receipt with a stamp.
b. Please send us the pictures of the received items/packages with detailed information about the problem description, along with the above mentioned paper proof and case number, which will help us quickly confirm the case.
c. After verifying all the necessary information, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your needs. The outer packaging is in good condition, while the item itself is not functioning properly.
d. Please send us pictures of the items/packages you received along with detailed information describing the issue.

2) Missing items, wrong items or wrong package sent
Please check the contents and weight of the package carefully before accepting it. If you have any problems, please contact our customer service with the following information: Send us an email with your order number and product code (SKU number).

1) 30 days of dissatisfied item
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund provided the product is still in perfect condition and the packaging is intact and does not affect the resale. We will offer either a replacement or a refund (excluding shipping costs), depending on your requirements, after we receive the exchanged item in your order.
2) A two-year repair guarantee
MINISFORUM offers a 2-year warranty from the date of receipt of the goods. Any free repair must be confirmed by the manufacturer via customer service. Items should be returned at the customer's expense, while MINISFORUM will cover the shipping costs for sending the repaired item to the customer.
Any man-made damage to the item is not covered by the warranty. However, customers may return the item at their own expense and pay a repair fee. For non-human errors within 30 days, Minisforum will cover the return shipping costs.
3) Warranty exceptions and notes
Deterioration of natural products due to wear and tear, breakage/damage during use is the sole responsibility of the customer and is not covered by our warranties.
If the customer has damaged or misused the item(s), the product warranty will be immediately voided. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare part (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a flat shipping fee for shipping.
Notes: Customers will lose the warranty if they:
a. attempt to repair the device;
b. Modify, remove, adapt or replace any part of the product;
c. use the device in a manner for which it was not originally intended;
d. continue to use the item if a fault occurs and causes more damage;
e. fail to contact us when the problem first occurs.
All returns must be approved by the MINISFORUM support team prior to shipment. Please refer to the "How to Claim a Warranty" section below for the steps below. MINISFORUM reserves the right to refuse any compensation for incomplete warranty claims. If the customer returns the package without prior authorization, sends it to the wrong address, returns the wrong item, or sends an empty package, MINISFORUM again reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
All returns are inspected upon arrival by our technical team. If the returned item cannot be repaired, MINISFORUM will offer an alternative solution.
Special notes:
Shipping costs for returning the product are paid by the customer and are non-refundable, except in 30-day DTA situations.
During return shipping, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or tariffs incurred while returning the items to our warehouse. In these cases, we will deduct the customs fees from your authorized refund amount.
3. MINISFORUM will return the item to the customer via standard flat-rate shipping. If the customer wishes to use a faster shipping method, the corresponding shipping costs will apply.
In case of misuse, all repairs, accessories and shipping costs in both directions are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are at his expense.
How to apply for a warranty (return, repair and refund)

Send a clear photo or video (via WeTransfer) showing the defect(s); these should be taken in good lighting.
Our customer service team will investigate the issue you are facing and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
Return and compensation
If you have any problems, please contact customer service directly, who will offer a solution to your case.
Please check each processing time after receiving your returned item.
For exchanges, the processing time for a replacement is between 2-7 business days after receiving your item, depending on stock availability.
For refunds, the processing time for your refund is between 3-6 business days after receiving your returned item. After that, the refund time depends on the payment method. Details are below:
a. PayPal refunds can take up to 48 hours to process and return to your account.
b. Credit card refunds take between 7 and 14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
Repairs take between 15-30 working days, depending on the item and the manufacturer's spare parts inventory.
Depreciation rules:
If you use a MINI PC for more than 18 months and less than 24 months, a 40% depreciation fee will be charged if you need to return or exchange it.
If you use a MINI PC for more than 12 months and less than 18 months, a 30% depreciation fee will be charged if you need to return or exchange it.
If you use a MINI PC for more than 6 months and less than 12 months, a 20% depreciation fee will be charged if you need to return or exchange it.
If the MINI PC is used for more than 30 days and less than 6 months, a 15% depreciation fee will be charged if you need to return or exchange it.

Please contact customer service to determine the return warehouse and provide the return information before returning the package. Otherwise, the package will be returned.
Priority, express, and cash on delivery are not supported when returning the package. When using these delivery options, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
