Is Windows preinstalled on the PC?
With the exception of the barebones version, Windows 11 is preinstalled on all versions. The barebones version does not include RAM or an SSD; therefore, Windows 11 is not preinstalled.
How do I install Windows OS for the barebone version?

Note on (RAM) memory
If you buy 8 GB of RAM, it is a 1X8 GB stick; if you buy 16 GB of RAM, it is a 2x8 GB stick, and so on. Thank you very much.

What's DE & US & CN & JP Warehouse?
MINISFORUM has local warehouses in Germany, the US, China, and Japan. Goods ordered from these warehouses will be shipped directly to you within 1 to 2 business days.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your delivery address. You can view the details of the shipping costs on the checkout page. Thank you.
How long do I have to wait for my orders to be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped directly from the warehouse within 1 to 2 days; otherwise, they will be shipped from China within 7 to 10 days. You can track your order on the "Order Status" page. If you have any questions, please contact us at store@minisforum.com.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes on my orders?
If your delivery address is in a non-EU country, you are responsible for customs duties.
Do you ship to remote areas?

How can I track my paid order?
There are three ways to track your Express Checkout order.
1. Track your order in your Personal Center. Please be assured that the tracking information will be clearly displayed in your Personal Center after your PayPal account has been linked to your MINISFORUM account.
2. Click on the “Order Status” button to track your package. Please be assured that the email with the tracking information will be sent shortly after your order number and MINISFORUM account have been submitted.

What should I do if I have a question after receiving an order?

How are DOA issues handled?
Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our customer service team will process your return as quickly as possible.
For DOA devices, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the device.
Where should the return be made? Who bears the shipping costs?
Please contact our customer service department for returns and exchanges. Our customer service department will assign you a return warehouse based on the condition of your items.
Please note that, except in cases of DOA, we do not cover the cost of shipping the package.
Refunds
Do I have to pay a processing fee if I purchase a product thaat does not meet my expectations?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, provided that the product is in good condition, the packaging is intact, and it does not affect resale. Upon receipt of the replacement item in your order, we will arrange for a replacement or refund (excluding shipping costs) as requested. Do I have to pay a processing fee if I cancel an order before the prodduct is shipped?
1) Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped or manufactured. However, a 2% processing fee will be deducted for the platform.
2) Customers cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped, unless the customer bears all costs for returning the package and a fee of 2% of the goods for the platform transfer.
