Terms of Warranty

1. Pending Orders (In-stock and Pre-sales Products)

Please contact Minisforum to confirm your order status. You may request a full refund at any time before your order is shipped. We will process your refund within 7 business days.

2. Orders Have Been Shipped

2.1 No reason for return or exchange

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for No Reason

Requirements for returns and refunds for any reason:
1) Within 30 days of delivery (based on the date of receipt).
2) Gifts, accessories, etc., must be returned together. Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of the request, along with the tracking number.
3) For undamaged products received more than 30 days after delivery, customers cannot request a 30-day refund and will incur additional fees.
4) If there is any damage caused by human factors, such as physical marks, stains, or signs of tampering/unauthorized modification on the product. For returns that are not quality issues and meet standard conditions, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Note: Please provide the tracking number after confirming the return of the device with Minisforum, as it is the only proof of receipt for after-sales service.

2.2 Replacement/Exchange

1) Within 180 days of delivery (based on the date of receipt).
2) Customers must provide sufficient proof of purchase (e.g., order number MS1000 or invoice), serial number, and any gifts/accessories, and provide a detailed description of the problem (text/photos/videos) via email.
3) In the event of quality issues, we will cover round-trip shipping.
3) Warranty Coverage: Performance failures not caused by human error.
4) Replacements are not supported for the following reasons:

  • Man-made or accidental damage:
    Liquid ingress, physical impact damage (e.g., dropping, crushing), unauthorized modification, Virus attack, software issues (usually resolved by reinstalling the system)
  • Non-performance issues,
    Appearance scratches, minor operating noises, Compatibility issues (e.g., undetected peripherals).
  • Other Exclusions:
    Refurbished devices, or purchased from unauthorized channels (e.g., private resale).
2.3 Warranty
Warranty coverage requirements:
1) 2 years from the date of shipment (based on the date of receipt).
*Annual Pass holders receive an extended warranty of 3 years from the date of shipment (based on the invoice or order date).
2) Customers must provide sufficient proof of purchase (e.g., order number MS1000 or invoice), serial number, and provide a detailed description of the problem (text/photos/videos) via email.
3) Warranty Coverage:
Must meet the standard definition of "performance failure" (e.g., hardware damage, functional failure, etc.).
For accidental damage other than performance failure (e.g., drops, liquid immersion), a material fee will be charged for each repair. The specific fee will be assessed and quoted based on the actual damage.
*Annual Pass holders receive one free hardware warranty service per year, covering accidental device damage (e.g., drops, liquid immersion, etc.).
For verified quality issues, we cover round-trip shipping costs.
4) Warranty coverage is not applicable if the following reasons exist:
  • Man-made or accidental damage: liquid penetration, physical impact damage (e.g., drops, crushing), and unauthorized modifications.
  • Software issues (e.g., system crashes, driver conflicts) are generally not covered by the warranty, but free technical support is provided.
  • Non-performance issues: Cosmetic scratches, minor operating noises, compatibility issues (e.g., peripherals not detected).
  • Other exclusions: Refurbished devices or purchased from unauthorized sources (e.g., private resale).

3. Special Cases


For discontinued models within the replacement window: Devices with no functional issues will be replaced with equivalent or superior configurations. Buyer must return the complete set for full-unit replacement.

Refurbished Units Policy

Conditions: Applies only if device meets all new-unit Service Requirements and listed exclusions.

Customized Models Policy
All returns/exchanges must be processed exclusively through the original seller/retailer.
