Accidental Damage Protection: The warranty service is extended to three years. It covers quality issues of the whole machine, including hardware failures caused by manufacturing defects or material problems. Meanwhile, it also includes an additional hardware warranty service once a year. This service covers machine damage caused by accidents, such as device damage resulting from drops, water immersion and other unexpected situations. For each repair of such accidental damage, material costs will be charged. The specific cost will be quoted according to the actual damage situation.
Extended Hardware Warranty: The warranty period of main components such as CPU, memory, motherboard, graphics card, and hard drive is extended to 3 years.
*For Old Customers: Product's body SN number is needed for Minisforum Care annual card registration.
*For New Customers: No need for SN number.
