Shipping Destinations

Minisforum.US currently ships to the following countries and regions:

North America: Canada, Mexico, United States

South America: Chile, Ecuador, Venezuela

Central America and the Caribbean: Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Grenada, Honduras, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Panama, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos Islands

Middle East: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Kuwait

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Vanuatu

Asia: Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam

Delivery Time and Shipping Warehouse

For the following countries and regions:

United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam

Estimated delivery time is
3-7 business days.

For orders to all other countries and regions, estimated delivery time is
5-10 business days.

Warehouses:

US Warehouse: Ships to the US only

Hong Kong Warehouse: Ships to all available destinations

Canada Warehouse: Ships to Canada only

(Note: Generally, shipments are shipped through local warehouses. If the local warehouse is out of stock, the Hong Kong warehouse will be used for shipment.)

Order Processing and Tracking

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. You can track your shipment using the link in the notification, view your order history on the website for shipping details, or click here to track your order.

If you have not received a shipping notification within 3 business days of placing your order, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The email may have been sent to your spam folder.
  • The item you ordered is temporarily out of stock or sold out. In this case, your order will be processed from another warehouse or our customer service will contact you to arrange a replacement.

    Shipping typically takes no more than 10 business days. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by email.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to the following reasons:

  • The package is in transit and requires additional time to reach the next delivery point.
  • The package has arrived at the destination country and is clearing customs.
  • Force majeure factors, such as severe weather, postal strikes, etc. In most cases, a tracking update will be provided and the package will be ready for delivery within 5-7 business days.

If you have not received a tracking update after 5 business days, you can contact us at store@minisforum.com.

Order Information Updates

Order information (such as product or shipping address) can only be changed before the order is shipped. To make changes, please contact us at store@minisforum.com.

Once an order has been shipped, information cannot be changed.

(Note: If a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for any resulting losses.)
