Delivery of goods to certain areas may be affected due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic.

Shipping Fees & Time
Worldwide free shipping, however, it doesn't apply certain selected remote locations.After placing the order, it takes 5~7 business days to processing the order.

Shipping Orders
Orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days after processing payment. The estimated delivery date may be delayed due to some unexpected events. Customers will be notified about the shipping status via email after the package been dispatched. And customers also can track the order through the button Order Status.

Tariff insurance
If you're concerned about the tax, you can purchase an extra USD$30 tariff insurance.
We'll cover the full tax if you are required to pay for the customs.
1) Keep the customs payment certificate
2) Send the payment slip to us
3) The refund will be processed within 1-2 working days to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is availbale before the product is shipped or produced. You will get a refund after a 2% platform handing fee.
Customers cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out unless customers cover all charges to send the parcel back.

Order Changing or Refunding
Within the period of warranty, we offer free changing and refunding.

Tips: If customers send back the package, Priority postage and Expedited postage, cash on delivery are not supported. If customers use these delivery options, the shipping fee shall be paid by themselves.

Delivery Address
A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.

Order(s) will be shipped by Minisforum. When you place an order on Minisforum.store website, you will receive a shipping information email automatically from Minisforum.
